What if I get a wine that I don't like or just doesn't taste right?
A. We guarantee your satisfaction with every wine you receive from The Cult Wine Club. Occasionally, you may discover a bottle which has not traveled well. Tell us. We'll replace it or reimburse the purchase price.
What if I no longer want to be a member? Are there penalties?
A. You may discontinue your membership in The Cult Wine Club whenever you wish simply by contacting us online or by phone or in writing. Membership is free. There are no penalties or fees for canceling.
What if I have a friend who would like to join?
A. Due to the nature of the wine we deliver our members, the available memberships are extremely limited. We highly encourage prospective members to fill-out the simple form on the "Contact Us" page and you will be added to our waiting list.
If you have a friend who might enjoy becoming a member, contact us. If your friend does join, we'll send you a free gift.
How long is the typical wait for membership?
A. It varies but usually no longer than 2 months.
